To access chat support log in to the Learnable app. Click on the blue chat support icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the page.

You can toggle between the three options 'home', 'messages', and 'help' on the bottom of the chat popup.

The home section is where you'll find important announcements or other news.

The messages section is where you'll find your existing messages or you can send us a new message in this section of the chat.

The help section is where you'll find help and troubleshooting articles. If you can't find the relevant help article, simply leave us a message!
